BESR Compaq ML530 to Dell 2850?
Can BESR restore a windows server 2003 32 bit OS on a Compaq ML530 to a Dell 2850?
When I run the recovery process, the new Dell 2850 server will not boot.

The operation you are describing is supported. What version of BESR are you using? Did you select the 'Restore Anyware' option in the recovery wizard?
