Can file and folder backups be incremental??
A question similar to this was posted back in February with two conflicting answers, and the discussion was closed due to inactivity later. So, I am hoping to find out once and for all if the File and Folder backup in Symantec System Recovery Server 2011 can be structured as a base backup with several incremental backups of modified files, similar to the way Drive Volume backups can be set up.
The Users Guide implies that the answer to my question would be yes, File and Folder backup can be incremental after the initial full backup. But I cannot find where you specify how many incremental backups can follow the initial full backup. So, what's the verdict?

First backup will obviously always be a full. All subsequent backups will be incrementals.
There are no options for specifying how many incrementals and when to start a new base (full) like you get with volume-level backups.
