fails to start Veritas System Recovery 21.3 MULTILINGUAL installation

hi,

I am trying to install Veritas System Recovery 21.3 MULTILINGUAL on a new HP Z2 G8 (see specification in attached photo) workstation but after i click install veritas system recovery 21 the installation seems to start loading ( like on the attached photo). 

but at the middle of the loading installation process the window just disappears without any massage or error.

i have been trying to do it multiple times with the same result , i have even installed a new clean version of windows on this PC. each time the result was the same.

i have tried to install the same version on HP z8 g4 workstation and it worked.

please advice how to install the system recovery  tool on HP Z2 G8
