How to Restore Files or Folders That Have Been Encrypted

Hi,

After having re-installed Win10 I've been moving my documents back over.  I just got an error message:

Please can you advise the steps I need to use to mount the .V2i file, and the process to copy the directory?

Hopefully there'll be an app. :D

    If you encrypted the folders by EFS, you need to recover the previous Windows 10.
    Anybody cannot decrypt them on a new OS because the only previous Windows 10 has the information to decrypt them.
