Inaccessible boot device on upgrade to V18

Question

I just upgraded a windows 10 pc from 2013 to V18, and Iùit does not boot anymore! I get inaccessible boot device error. KB says it is because of failure to load vtrack, however using last good configuration fails. I need a way to boot!!!

I have found thishttps://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100011280but it's not clear at step 12 and 13 what I should do. There is no vtrack key or value in&nbsp;HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM_TEMP\ControlSet001
