Liveupdate Problem

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I have installed Bexec Ssystem Recovery Option onto a couple of servers that already had Symantec AV installed. When I tried the liveupdate option, it did not list the SRO nor did it update it. I downloaded the latest Liveupdate installer (3.3), and tried a repair, but it still does not update. Any advice much appreciated.&nbsp;TIA,&nbsp;Gee

What version of Option do you have installed?

Vsn installed is 8.02

You should see if FileConnect has a new version if LiveUpdate doesn't seem to be showing updates. Here is the link: https://fileconnect.symantec.com/

Please note you will need to use your FileConnect serial number to access the site.
