Mouse and Keyboard not responding - Symantec system recovery 2013

Hello Everyone,

Hope someone can help me on this topic.

I try restore a station server 2008 R2 DELL (POWEREDGE R330). I have sysmantec system recovery installed on since atleast one year. Usually, i make somes backup every 3 months.

But now, it's the first time i need immediatly to restore my system but when i boot on the disk bootable or USB (Same result).. some windows of symantec appears. But the big problem is than my mouse or my keyboard doesnot move. The LED below the mouse switched off .

So i am blocked since one week. I tried every USB ports but still nothing happen. Every things is working when i come back to windows.
