Hi,

Running Windows 8.1 sp2 x 64bit.

Since updating to SP2 I find that each time I run a Windows Update I lose all the SSR2013 backups in the Status report and the tray icon has a red "x" in it.

All the backups are present on the backup disk its just that the status report cannot see them.

If I run the backup in SSR2013 again the latest backup shows up and all is well until I have to run a Windows update.

Can anyone assist?

    Bit confused by this comment. There is no SP2 (yet) for Windows 8.1 as far as I know. Are you talking about Update 1 for Windows 8.1?

    We only added support for Windows 8.1 with SSR 2013 SP2 (http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH211263). It sounds like you were using SSR 2013 (without SP2) with 8.1 - can you clarify please?
