Object reference not set to an instance of an object. / Operation 'Direct: Head' failed.

Question

Hi everyone,First here my settings :&nbsp;I have a Windows server 2016 with SIM 8.6/Plateform 8.5 RU3/VSR-MS 21.0/VSR Client 21.2 and another server which have the SQL server with the Symantec_CMDB database.I'm encountering some annoying error while creating/updating any policy on my VSR 2021 Server, Altiris log say this :Object reference not set to an instance of an object. and&nbsp;Operation 'Direct: Head' failed.&nbsp;Also when i try to delete the policy that never update immediatly i mean oi still see the policy, i need to wait a couple of minutes i don't know why, that's painfull to work with.I've already opened a call to the support&nbsp; 2 days ago but i still have no answer yet.Thanks in advance,

I suppose you did upgrade from ealier version auf VSR-MS or is it a fresh installation?
