Problem with Email Notifications language

Hi,

We have had an issue with the emails from one of our machines when VSR is running a backup.  This has gone on for a long time (years lol) and I am finally getting around to ask about it.  When backups with offsite copies are run the emails we receive are not the typical user friendly language.  Here is an example of what we get:

I have replaced the ip address with all nines.  This problem has persisted with version upgrades and complete uninstalls/re-installs.  We are currently on VSR 22  Is there a fix to this?  Possibly a registry tweak?

Thought I would start here before opening a support case.
