Should I uninstall 2013 before installing 2013 R2?
I guess I don't need to uninstall tne old version but I can't find the answer in the documentation and I've had some problems with my computer thats now solved so I'm playing safe for a while,
No you do not have to uninstall the old version, you can directly download the SSR 2013 R2 and install
