Symantec Backup Exec System Recovery 2010 R3 SP3 Setup Disk Download

Question

Dears,My company had&nbsp;used Symantec BESR 2010 version 9.0.5 for windows server 2008. But when we upgrade OS to windows server 2012 R2, the BESR cannot work. The BESR cannot connect to BESR backup service. I find in symantec forum that BESR 2010 have to upgrade to R3 SP3 to work normally in windows server 2012. But I can not find&nbsp;the setup Disk or&nbsp;iso file of BRSR 2010 R3. Anyone can help me about this problem? Thank you very much!

Moved post to correct forum - Despite the name, Backup Exec System Recovery is an early version of Veritas System Recovery and is therefore not the same product as Backup Exec.

If I recall correctly, we added support for Windows 2012 R2 in System Recovery 2013, not BESR 2010.
I suspect that you are going to have to upgrade to VSR 18 (current latest version) - this will require buying a new license.
