System Recovery 18 - backup server crashed, how to access recovery points on rebuild of server

Hello, our System Reocvery Server completely crashed and we have no configuration files. We can double click on our backup and recovery points but when we restore data from a recovery point is does not restore all of it from the full backup.

How can we configure the new backup server to see our backup jobs and allow us to manage the backup set and recovery points.
