System Recovery Manager connects on second attempt

When I try to connect the client through the console, it doesn't go through every time. I need to use Reconnect again. It causes the backup account to get blocked.
The All computers view is fine, clients connects immediately after refresh.

How to connect it on first attempt?

    When we get this error most of the time the veritas system recovery service is either not running or not responsive.
