I am trying to update my System Recovery 24 to version 24.1. I would like to know if it is possible to perform this update without uninstalling the previous version.
When I attempt the update, the process stops silently without displaying any error messages. Could you please advise on the correct procedure to successfully update to version 24.1?

I even asked chatgpt if that was possible. They told me to close various services, which I did. Despite that, the installation still aborts without any error message.
Did you simply unzip ASR24.1.0.65140_AllWin_Multilingual_Prod.zip and start browser.exe to update to 24.1?
Have you tried both methods of updating? That is, downloading the full version or by checking for updates via the system tray icon.

Yes, I unzipped and ran browser.exe, but I had exactly the same problem as you when I tried updating another Windows 11 PC.
It failed in exactly the way you mentioned. A command window opened and then immediately closed and then nothing!

Not sure why you're getting this problem but I can confirm that you can run the full installer:
ASR24.1.0.65140_AllWin_Multilingual_Prod.zip
without uninstalling ASR 24.0 because I've just successfully done it on a Windows 11 Pro PC without any hitches.
BTW if anyone from the support team is reading this, why is only the full download available?
Where is the 24.1 update and why when I click on the "Arctera Update" button via the System Tray from within ASR 24.0 does it say that no updates are available???
