Upgrade to VSR 18 form VSR 16 - Console Crash

Hi,

 

Just upgraded 2 systems to VSR18.  Veritas Service is running but each time I start the Console I get the splash screen only, application then dies.  No event log. Icon is present in the hidden icons and backups appears to be running. Now have same issue on 2 differnt servers.

I have no windows event log messages.

I have tried the fixes in the .ini file and done an installation repair.

 

help please required.

    arg

    You are 100% certain that there are no errors reported in the Windows Application Event log?

    If so, I would suggest opening a support case for this.
