VSR18 Server Edition License includes both Server and Desktop license?

I have a quick question. Is it still true that if you purchase the Server Edition license it includes an extra Desktop Edition license so you can install VSR and have the appropriate license for both a server and a desktop client?&nbsp;

Yes, I believe it does but let me double check on this to be sure since the licensing guide does not make this clear.
