we are planning to do the VSR version upgrade on 21.2 to 23.

we need to process steps how to install the client

    I have the same interrogation, sadly i'm facing that the licence system has been changed and now require a licence file instead of a serial and can't be managed with a server with VSR-MS.

    Is there a way to add licence file to a server with VSR-MS or a master key usable for a number of licence?

    Just run the VSR23 installer on top of the client. It will remove 21.2 and install 23. All the jobs and settings will be preserved.
