Loss of conversation thread formatting

I'm with D_Flood on this feedback. Having navigated the new design a little more, there is too much wasted space on screen and the loss of conversation thread formatting is a major hinderance to working through what can often be very long threads. It is critical to have replies indented below the post the reply was posted against. To have all replies simply tagged on the end of the thread quickly turns the thread into a stream of consciosness; with no real cohesion or structure. this is definitely too much like Faecesbook and unworkable for professional sites.
