Hi,

the links from the table are correct. Maybe there was some temporary problem when you were trying to open them.

If you look the table, alle the hotfixes under SP1a are what you are looking for. If you open the link, at the bottom you will find the files to download. They are also available on LiveUpdate, so if you have Backup Exec 2012 installed the easiest way is to run LiveUpdate so they will be downloaded and installed.
