After I registered an account, I have accessed Support tab to open a technical support case. But a pop up has requested "reset password - Your password has expired. To reset your password please complete the form below".
So, I can not finish to open a support case. Although I have changed my password many times. Please help me solve this issue and sorry for my bad English.

You should call and ask this situation Veritas support.
Click Support (top right corner)-> Get Support (top right corner) -> Choose the option that "Call Us" then choose your country then make a contact on the given number. I took an error like that when I tried to create a case that "specified account can not support now, contact support".
