Standard  Employee groups are not automatically synchronizing with AD. 

After Upgrading to EV9.0 

Profile synchronization settings appear correct

Sorry, but there is very little I suspect anyone could avise based on the info given. LDAP queries are is what is usually utilized to get user info from AD. What does a DTRACE of both accelerator options state when try and find new users?

Hello There,

Unfortunately it is a known problem with CA 9.0.  I would request you to  upgrade your CA environment to 9.0 Service Pack 1. Issue has been resolved in the service pack. After that your Employee Groups should periodically and automatically sync with Active Directory/ Domino .
