Compliance Accelerator Reports - 404 Error

Hello,

Odd error, when i try and view reports using compliance accelerator it gives a 404 error, but that's because it's accessing the report using localhost as a servername. Where is the config file that i need to change to point it to the correct servername? ive tired web.config but it didnt seem to work.

Thanks

John

Check your IIS to ensure it is set to ASP .Net 2.0

Check to see if the Virtual directories were created they should be EVBAAdmin and EVBACompliance

Hi Scanner,

everything is there.. copying the link and pasting it into a browser on the server displays the report, just viewing through the client gives a 404 error.

Thanks

Also, the server is on IIS 7.5 (Server 2008 R2), and my client is on IIS 7.0 (Vista), the 404 error is coming from IIS7.5

so it looks like a client configuration issue
