Recently one of our business units has requested that we provide them a report where we can target specific hotwords, each which are part of larger "Hotword Sets" to try and determine which ones are occurring more often than others using an actual report rather than using an anectdotal "well it seems like there are a lot of those" approach.
Becuase the hotwords are highlighted in each of the emails, I would think that there would be a way to query SQL and pull this information for a given date range. Any suggestions on how to go about this?
