Need Help in identifying what labguages CA will support in the creation of HotWords lists.  We have a need for support of Spanish, Portuguese and Hebrew.

CA will support the maximum languages.

We need to install that language pack on server. Control panel / Language support need to check thos languages available.

his question is if CA supports Spanish, Portuguese and Hebrew. i dont think he's asking about localization, he's asking when it comes to monitoring for key words.

CA supports double-byte characters in the same way that EV indexing supports double-byte characters.  That means that you can create the hot words in any language that is supported in EV that uses double-byte characters and CA will be able to use them.  If you can search for and find the terms you want using Spanish, Portuguese and Hebrew using any of the EV search tools, CA will be able to find those terms also.
