Symantec Backup Exec Version :   2012

Operation System :Windows 2008 R2

Install BE 2012 on New Servver ,and install windows servers successfully  .We found that we can see all exchange server names .But only can backup files on those servers .The exhange Servers Have Backup Windows Agent installed correctly ,and those Servers restarted before .But we cann't backup exchange   database with a exchange cluster .

On Symantec Backup Exec 2012 control panel ,ADD----Microsoft Windows Computers and  Servers----Add Exchane CCR short Name without domain suffix ,and complete .Then you can Backup Exchange Database .

I just don't know where to write blog and paste it here . May someone also encounters the same issues .

I have another questions need your help .I have opened a case yesterday  success with exception after backup exchange 2007 .I have tested exchange writer status on both cluster servers ,it was working well .( stable and no errors found )

The technical support let me to uncheck the AOFO options to test run the job ,And try to backup after restarting VSS services .It was the same results as before . The TS let me to restart the server to try then ,let me contact Microsoft if the same issues appeared .But now I cann't to profrom this .They said the problem is caused by vss instability . I knew this .

Do you happen to see the the same problem ? Do you have any good solutions to fix this ? I am sure the exchange data is normal .

Thanks in advance .
