Note:-
Why do we take the backup of Exchange Server in different modes like as my article part-I and article part-II?
Its depend on your need. As the article part-I backup you can restore the whole backup of Exchange Server and you dont have the chance to restore single or particular mail accounts but if you wish to restore a single mail account or multiple mail accounts so you have a choice that you can do it if you have the Microsoft Exchange MailBoxes backup

Create Policy
Policy Name
Policy Type
Select Storage Unit

Make Schedule so at that time the Backup of Exchange Information Store can triger
Click on NEW to create Schedule
Write Schedule Name
Select the Time and Day on which the Backup will triger and click ''OK''
Here the schedule is created
Select the CLIENT TAB and click on NEW for selecting the Exchange Server
Click on the RED highLighted button
Select your Exchange Server from the Network
From here the selection from Backup Selection TAB will change if we relate this article with the Part-I article
Click on the Directive Button and Select ''MS_Exchange_Mailbox'' from the Directive Set and ''Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes'' from the ''Directive''and click OK
After selection of ''MS_Exchange_Mailbox'' from the Directive Set and ''Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes'' from the ''Directive'' the window will be like this
The Final Backup Selection TAB will be like this
Now the Microsoft Exchange MailBoxes backup policy is ready :)
Backup of Selected Exchange MailBoxes
Suppose the Exchange MailBox policy is created. Double click on Microsoft Exchange MailBoxes as highlighted in the below figure.
Select the specific MailBoxes from the left pane which you wanted to backup
as shown in the figure below
Now you have the MailBoxes in the below figure which you want to backup
