Note: Assuming you have a report that has been exported or correctly created in the XML format for the CommandCentral Storage (CCS) (version 5.2 or greater) application it can be imported into the Reporting section of a Management Server (MS) using the webconsole Graphical User Interface (GUI).

First login to a console using an administrative user

1) Click Reporting then custom to navigate to the desired page (using CCS5.2 as example):

2) In the upper right drop down on the resulting page select Import Report Definition and click the Go button:

Note: Popups must be enabled in the browser for the MS URL

3) In the popup browse to the file for Import:

4) Select the file and upload it to the server, then choose it from the list of available imports:

5) A success message is expected and the popup may be closed.

6) the report now lists on the Custom Report page and may be executed by double clicking the highlighted link:

data will now show in the resulting page post execution.

The custom reports from one 5.1x Management Server can be exported for import to the other 5.1x Management Server having the same version of installation.
 

Note: Schedules will not be migrated to the destination server. To actually migrate those, the administrator would need to add/edit schedule and re-add the scheduling information.

Note: Apply these scripts only on systems with CommandCentral Storage having the same source and destination server version.
