Differential Backup Issue - Running as full backup

Full backup is 289 GB after that Differentail backup is 200 GB, why differential backup take to much space, it's seem differential backup not run even it scheduled. Some one know about this issue please kindly let me know. I am running on veritas backup exec ver 16 with Hyper-V 2016.
