It is a dual investment between Partners and Symantec. Partners must invest time, effort and in some cases a financial investment in order to take advantage of Symantec investment in content, delivery and management of programs.

Under Symantec's new enhanced partner program launched in Nov 3, Symantec requires partners to be specialized in the areas partners are focusing in product or industry. To be specialized, you need to be accreditated.

Partners invest both time and resources to get their staff trained and accrediated.

Specialization opens door to Partners to greater opportunities, greater benefits and ultimately gain greater confidence with their customers.
