Black Ops is right. You may need to contact customer care to get a new serial number to download the software.
The serial number exceeded the allowable number of downloads and needs to be fix by customer care.

Hi Detits,
If the software you are downloading is for Backup Exec, you may use any other serial of the products ( Eg. Agents and Options serial number ) including the support serial number since Backup Exec has only one download process.
If that is for Security products, please call Customer Care to provide you a serial number for downloading.
