Does Symantec take any premimum/money to get the partnership ?

I've seen that there are already two partner(distributer,reseller) here in Bangladesh? So does symantec except another one here ?

contact sales person or the link. usually the Symantec and partner work in hand for leads and closure of leads, which will benefit for Symantec as well as partners as  they have some comission.
