BE 3600 Appliances with Backup Exec Desktop and Laptop Option (DLO)

i have customer has 100 desktop machine need to take backup for them , he has BE 3600 Appliances with Essential Protection licinses 

can i use the BE 3600 Appliances  to save the DLO image , and how i can do that .
