To add the media's catalog information to the disk-based catalogs, run an inventory operation on the media and resubmit the Catalog operation.

Go to Configuration and Settings > Backup Exec Settings > Catalog and uncheck "Use storage media-based catalogs". Also uncheck "request all media in sequence" to be able to catalog, 1 tape at a time.3

Once this is done, attempt to catalog again and perform a restore (even if the catalog job fails).

If nothing works, better to oprn a case and contact support to have the catalogs folder reindexed with the BEDB.

...make sure you have enough disk space on the drive where the catalogs are hosted.

...are the catalogs located on the dedupe folder? I don't think this is the case, so check the drive that BE is installed too, which is where the Catalogs folder is located. Check that volume for free space.
