Backup Exec 2012 Failed to Install Remote Agent

Dear All, 

 

Following is my setup 

 

Sysmentact BackExec 3600E Appliance. 

Windows 2008 Storage Server Ed 64bit 16GB RAM. 

When I tried to install a remote agent onto another win2k3 sp2 server, the agent installation keep failed with the following messsage : 

Ready to install the Agent for Windows.
Install failed with error code 3.  Right click on the computer to view logs for more information.
Ready to install the Agent for Windows.
Failed to create remote process VxPushRA\RAWS32\strpimon.exe  with error code 1603.

Have you installed SP4 on the Media Server. If so browse to \Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\Agents\RAWS32 folder and delete all files older than raws322213rsp4.msp
 
Repeat the same in \Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\Agents\RAWS64 folder
 
Note: - Make sure that you dont delete the raws322213rsp4.msp file.
