I'm facing a situation in which I want to update my BE Appliance R2 to BE Appliance R3 but to do so I need to install first an update "TECH215884" using the Web UI, unfortunatelly due to security policy in my company my Appliance cannot be connected to the internet. Is there any way to offline update Appliance, if so where can I find this update?

...check the TN below...it seems that if no Internet connection is allowed, then you need to log a call with Symantec support to get it resolved...

Afternoon.
Did you have any joy getting the hotfix associated with TECH215884 installed manually?
I logged a call with support on the 10th September and I still havent received a resolution. It is getting frustrating that I am unable to proceed with upgrading the appliance due to a simple hotfix.
