Hi,
If I remember correctly the CASO license should be part of that appliance...just double-check.
You're looking to set up 1 of them as a CASO and the other as an MMS, and to duplicate the dedupe folder from 1 to the other.
Read below on how to do so:
http://eval.symantec.com/mktginfo/enterprise/white_papers/b-be2010_deduplication_option_WP_20999105.en-us.pdf
http://eval.symantec.com/mktginfo/enterprise/white_papers/b-backup_exec_dedupe_optimized_2010_WP_21158107.en-us.pdf
It is for BE 2010 but the steps should be relevant.
Thanks!

Yes the 3600 Appliance supports running CASO. Please see the Backup Exec 36000 and 3600R2 Appliance Documentation for configuration help in the Getting Started Guide and the Administrators Guide http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC4613

hii
But in videos While configuring CASO AND MMS it selects the setup of BE 2012 so if I am using appliance which comes with Preinstalled BE2012 so will it cause any problem.???

OK, I just checked for you and the ESO license is not part of the appliance.
You'd need to purchase the Enterprise Server Option license for BE 2012, which then allows you to set up optimized dedupe in a CASO/MMS environment.
You'd simply load the license file on the appliance you designated as the CASO.
Thanks!
