Duplicate to external USB disk formatted with GPT

Hi, I have been reading that there are some compatibility issues with GPT partitions.  Would this be true if running duplicate jobs to external USB hard drives formatted with GPT?  The intention would be to duplicate full backups as well as to backup the deduplication store.  If GPT is not supported for this, how should I backup the deduplication store which exceeds 2.5 TB?

Hi Arctics

BE 2012 supports GPT partitions so you should be fine to replicate the data on the appliance to a USB disk. What compatibility issues have you read about?
