Hello
We are using BE3600 device and using its webUI when we click on download updates it gives us error mentioned in the screenshot. If we try to install the windows update manualy within windows it works and BE2012 also able to run live update. Pleaes help.

Hi,
Next to Product Update: it states that updates are downloaded on the appliance. Have you tried to install them from the Schedule Updates page before checking for updates again?

I tried to click on shcedule updates and clicked on install updates but it took me back to same screen no change in the error I still get same popup

Have you tried to restart the services, or the appliance itself?

I rebooted the entire device but still no difference. I tried to connect the webUI from a different windows machine and that is also giving the same error even after using multiple browsers.

...I'd suggest opening a call with Symantec then around this. When they assist you, post back with an update and close the query off.
