Show not correct deduplication ratio (1:1)

Backup Exec appliance 3600 R3

I make jobs for deduplication, on job hostory show 4:1

But on repository continues  show 1:1

how to make that showed correctly, deduplication on applicance not working correctly?

...is the appliance up to date? How many times have you run the job? Can't quite see with those screenshots.

Yes, appliance upgraded from R2 to R3 (have case for this), installed all updates from liveupdate, and GUI

...depends on how the dedupe is being done...client-side or server-side?

For accurate statistics run the following from BE Install path using command prompt Crstats.exe --verbose --convert-size OR Crcontrol.exe --dsstat 1 The dsstat 1 command will take a while to run
