I configure new appliance Symantec Backup Exec 3600, it was working fine .. I can login through WEB page but all of sudden it stops.
I can ping the device but can not connect through WEB Page.
Please advice to fix it at soonest.

Have you tied using the IP or the computername of the appliance?
try using other browsers..
What do you mean by it stops? unable to acess?

I tried different browsers but no luck
I restart the device but no luck

When I search more and try to diagnosis, It is saying that "The remote device or resource wont't accept the connection"

...best bet here is to open a support query with Symantec and ask them to help you with this issue. Post back with an update and then close this off.

It stops? Do you mean it logs you off or it stops responding?

When we set the device couple of weeks it was working perfectly ... means we can connect with Browser,
But now it is not connecting to the web browser ......
