I configure new appliance Symantec Backup Exec 3600, it was working fine .. I can login through WEB page but all of sudden it stops.
I can ping the device but can not connect through WEB Page.
Please advice to fix it at soonest.
Have you tied using the IP or the computername of the appliance?
try using other browsers..
What do you mean by it stops? unable to acess?
