I've less than 10 desktop/servers backed up with backup exec.cloud. Principally for office data (.doc, .pdf ...). We use this service since march 2013 and in the first times it worked really great.But since late october, the service backup exec.cloud is really, really slow.
The backups takes hours for low volume of data ...(when it works).
I send emails to the support team of backup exec.cloud > No response.
I tried to call them > The phone does not ring...
And I'm blocked on this situation since 15 days.
Can someone give me information about what's going on with this service ? Connectivity problems on Symantec datacenter ?
And is there still a support for backup exec.cloud ?
