Hello.

After a year the customer's Exchange 2013 server cannot be backed up with GRT option because the application backup ends with an error.

The database is definitely mounted.

I'm not sure if the Exchange application or OS were not updated before the error occurence.

I went through many articles how to solve the issue but nothing helped.

Configuration:

BE 14.2.1180.3142 FP-5

MS Exchange 2013

The customer arranged restart of the Exchange server today and the problem is over. Probably something with VSS, but not sure :).

If you're running Advanced Open File Option, turn it off and then try again.
