Hi ,

we have configured Backup Exec with our HyperV cluster.

but since recently it is getting failed. it is as below. please advise on this.

Ensure that the Hyper-V Virtual Machine Management Service is running, the status of the Microsoft Hyper-V VSS writer is Stable and the virtual machine is present on the Hyper-V server.

I have the same problem.
I installed Windows8.1-KB3013769-x64 to solve the problem but it remains for several days.
