We are facing VSS issues in multiple servers, while taking backup of windows 2016 remote server (Virtual Machine in VMWare \Hyper-V environment) through Veritas Backup Exec 20.3.
Need to find out the root cause of this issue. Details are provided below:

Observation: In both the server “Microsoft visual C++ 2010 x64 redistributable 10.0.40219” patch\hotfix is updated (KB2565063).
