Hi,

I'm struggling with the following link to download Hotfix 1 for Backup Exec 10d - 

10d (10.1.5629) Hotfix 1 - Extended 64-bit (x64) Remote Agent for Windows Servers (RAWS) (Adds support for remote computers running 64-bit extended chipset Windows operating systems)

This link also doesn't work, it is supposed to be a direct link to the hotfix I think - http://support.veritas.com/docs/280701

Hi

First of all it is end of life for backup exec so you should upgrade your backupesec to supported version

Please download sp4 for 10d 5629, As all the hot fixes before it would be part of sp4 ,son you can download and install it , please check the link below

Firstly, thank you for your assistance so far with this issue.

About half way down the page the following paragraph appears -

" Remote Agent for Windows Servers (RAWS) - x64 bit

After installing Service Pack 4 to the Backup Exec 10.1 media server, Backup Exec 10d for Windows Servers revision 5629 Hotfix 1 "Extended 64-bit Remote Agent for Windows Servers" must also be installed. This is true even if Hotfix 1 had already been previously applied. For more information about downloading and how install Hotfix 1 and the 64-bit Remote Agent, please refer to the following document:

Hi

I have shared hotfix download directly for you as sp4 doesn't mention the hotifix 1 listed in it which is 5.65 mb so download it and then extract it using winrar and then install it.
