11.D to 12.5 upgrade - question regarding exports

Hi,
I'm about to upgrade to Backup Exec 12.5 from 11.D but wanted to export all of my current backup jobs so that should anything go wrong with my upgrade I wouldn't have to reinvent the wheel.  I don't see anything online nor in the software that allows this. 

Is creating a backup/export copy of the current "Job List' even an option within the software, and if so how might I go about doing so?

Hello,

The best way to Export the jobs and all the settings is as follows:

1  : Stop all the BE 11d Services, even the SQL Service for Backup Exec.
2  : Go to the Install folder of BE (C:\Program files\Symantec\Backup Exec)
3  : Copy the DATA and the CATALOGS folders on a safe location.
4  : Start the SQL Service.
5  : You can procede to upgrade to 12.5 without starting other Backup Exec Services.

If anything goes wrong in the upgrade, we have backups of jobs, selections list, catalogs for Backup Exec 11d
