I have an HP server and I am using backup exec 2010 with a Dell RD1000 to backup the hard drives. However, the 1TB cartridge in the RD1000 is not holding the 400GB from the hard drives. Why won't the 1TB cartridge hold all the data on the hard drive. I have even tried inserting another cartridge and it fills that up too. Can someone help me with what to do?
