2010 Backup Exec is not cataloging tape 12.5 - BE 2010 não cataloga fita da versão 12.5

Hi,

After upgrade of version Backup Exec 12.5 from Backup Exec 2010 (13), I can´t catalog recorded tape the previous version (12.5).

Help me !

Após atualizar a versão do Backup Exec 12.5 para o Backup Exec 2010, não consigo catalogar a fita gravada anteriormente na versão 12.5, o que devo fazer ?

What is the error you receive when you try to catalog ?

first, ensure the tapes are inventoried & then cataloged...

After running the inventory, try a catalog job again...if it fails, then go to Tools - Options & un-check "Request all media in Sequence" and "Use Storage Media based Catalogs" & re-run the job
